Additional Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling distinct areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
